There is a non-refundable community fee of $1295.00 that will hold a room for 15 days.

Rent is due by the 10th of the month, a late fee of $30.00 will be charged after the 10th and returned checks are assessed a fee of $50.00.

Any medical services and/or medications not covered by Medicare, Medicaid or other insurance are the responsibility of the resident and/or responsible party.

Personal hygiene items and clothing are the responsibility of the resident and/or responsible party.

Quality Care Assisted Living does not provide transportation to/from medical appointments, Quality Care will coordinate appointments and transportation.

Transportation expense that are not covered by Medicare, Medicaid or other insurance become the responsibility of the resident and/or responsible party.

Quality Care Assisted Living can charge for 14 days of occupancy if the resident fails to notify in writing the administrator of the intent to voluntarily relocate.

Quality Care Assisted Living has an DHEC approved emergency evacuation plan in the event the need to evacuate becomes necessary. Families may pick their loved one up from the facility and care for them at another location for the duration of the evacuation or an evacuation fee of $995.00 can be paid and the resident can evacuate with Quality Care Assisted Living.

This $995.00 fee is for each evacuation necessary.
